The Farmhouse is a traditional, detached cottage set on the owner's working sheep farm, located seven miles from Edzell in Scotland. There are three bedrooms, one king-size double, which can be a twin on request, boasting an en-suite shower room, plus one double bedroom and one ground floor twin, meaning this cottage can sleep six people. There's also a ground floor shower room, along with a first floor bathroom, a kitchen with dining area, a utility room and a sitting room with an open fire. Outside, there is off road parking for three cars along with an enclosed, front lawned garden with furniture and a small barbecue. The Farmhouse offers pleasant holiday accommodation with fantastic fishing, golfing and walking nearby, and wonderful views stretching across the surrounding scenery.

Oil central heating with open fire. Electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge, freezer, washing machine, dishwasher, TV with FreeSat, DVD, selection of books, games and DVDs. Fuel, power and starter pack for fire inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Cot and highchair on request. Off road parking for 3 cars. Enclosed, front lawned garden with furniture and small BBQ. Two well-behaved dogs welcome. Sorry, no smoking. Shop and pub 7 miles. Note: There is an unfenced pond in the garden. Note: Mobile reception can be intermittent. Note: The drive (farm access road) runs alongside The Farmhouse. |
